The hotel had fine views and the rooms were amazing. I loved being able to overlook the park from my room. The location was also very convenient, with nearby restaurants, shopping malls, and public transportation. the staff were helpful and friendly.
I only found out upon arrival that the gym and most of the restaurants were closed. It was quite disappointing as I was unable to fully enjoy the hotel amenities.

The room at Hyatt Regency was fine, with a beautiful park view. The hotel staff, especially Stephen, provided excellent service and assistance, from answering all my questions in perfect English to helping with taxis and currency exchange. Stephen even sent me moon cakes with a handwritten note! Such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was gorgeous with an amazing view of the park. The staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. They assisted us with arranging taxis and changing currency into smaller bills. The hotel had great facilities and a good location. It was surrounded by lovely restaurants, shopping malls, and transportation options such as the subway and bus.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
